J. Roger Henson
Attorney
With over 48 years of experience and service to Shawnee and surrounding areas, Roger Henson stands as a pillar within the community. Throughout his career, Roger has consistently championed justice, advocating for clients' rights and well-being. His extensive experience has instilled a deep understanding of the intricacies of law, making him a trusted advisor even in the most complex cases and a versatile practitioner of general civil law.
Roger was born and raised in Shawnee, where he attended Shawnee High School before continuing his education at Oklahoma Baptist University. After graduating from OBU, Roger earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is admitted to practice in multiple courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Roger has maintained the highest rating for professionalism and ethics by Martindale Hubbell, a peer rating service.
Roger looks forward to sharing his wealth of knowledge and continuing to serve our community alongside his daughter, Anna.
Anna E. Henson
Associate Attorney
Anna is a dedicated attorney with a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate transactions and title work, property issues, estate planning and administration, and guardianships.
Anna is a Shawnee native, born and raised here and attending Shawnee High School. She chose to go north to Michigan for college, where she attended Calvin University, a sister-college of Oklahoma Baptist University. Anna continued her education at Michigan State University College of Law, where she distinguished herself as an Articles Editor for the College of Law International Law Review. She also participated in the two-year long Trial Practice Institute, which focused on the intricacies of trial work.
Throughout law school, Anna's focus consistently gravitated towards property law, trust and estates, and business law. After graduation, Anna decided to move back to Oklahoma to work alongside her father and give back to her community. Anna is eager to contribute her expertise to the community's legal landscape and to build lasting relationships with clients as she helps them navigate their legal challenges with confidence and care.
